We hold a training session every Wednesday at 10:00 am discussing various topics relating to programs or the market. We also do one on one training as needed.

BluEleven provides marketing material such as flyers and helps with your social media however the company does not provide actual marketing. 

BluEleven is currently approved as a lender / broker in AZ, CA, CO, HI, TX with FL, TN, OR, NJ, NC, pending. Additionally, the company can do business in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (correspondent only) Main, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oklahoma, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming, for borrowers with Investment properties.

BluEleven uses Meridian Link also known as Lending QB. It can manage the loan process from the application to interim servicing and beyond.

There is a fee of 95.00 per month that covers the LOS, email, Microsoft Office which includes, Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

BluEleven charges a per file fee of $995.00. Whether your loan is $500k or 10 million dollars, you pay the same low per file fee.

The company prefers to treat all its originators as entrepreneur and as such we prefer to pay you as an independent contractor in the states where the state allows.

In the states where you are required to be paid W-2 the company will deduct all employment taxes from the gross commission and provide you with a net income minus companys per file fee.

Example: you earned $10,000.00 gross commission. The company will deduct 18% from the gross income which consist of all state and federal taxes. The company will deduct its $995.00 per file fee and provide you with a $7205.00

Of course! You are compensated anytime one of your recruits originate a loan.  This is not a Multi-Level Marketing. We are a success-based entity. We pass on a reward to any of our members
