Isahi and the team at BluEleven took such amazing care of me during the incredibly fast turnaround getting pre-approved for my first home purchase. They worked efficiently to get me ready for submitting my offer, and shepherded me through the mortgage process and my loan options when my offer was accepted! Given this was my first time going through the process, I had many questions and sometimes needed Isahi to explain terms and options to me in several different ways. She was patient and thoughtful, always striving to make sure that we were on the same page and that I was well informed. I also really appreciate that she over-communicated during the closing period, checking in on me and letting me know exactly what was happening on the backend each day. We had a fantastic experience with John and Troy from BluEleven.The team at BluEleven were outstanding professionals who excel in their role with efficiency and diligence.
